Olha Oracle is a digital service with instant delivery. Tarot readings are generated immediately upon successful payment and delivered through our Telegram bot. Because of the instant nature of this service, refunds are limited as described below.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your Paddle account at paddle.com
  2. Navigate to your subscriptions
  3. Select "Olha Oracle Premium" and click "Cancel"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Alternatively, contact us at support@olhaoracle.xyz and we can cancel it for you.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above:

  1. Email support@olhaoracle.xyz
  2. Include:
    • Your Telegram user ID (found in the bot)
    • Email associated with your Paddle payment
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund request
    • Order/transaction ID (if available)
  3. We will respond within 48 hours
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

7. Accidental Charges

If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase, contact us immediately at support@olhaoracle.xyz. We will issue a refund for the duplicate charges promptly.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended. Chargebacks should be a last resort after attempting to resolve the issue with us directly.
